A SUCCESSFUL VOLUNTEER
Successful volunteers are dependable, punctual, and understanding. The volunteers who have the most rewarding experiences are those who are highly motivated, flexible, and have a willingness to learn. The successful volunteer is compassionate and understands the need for emphasis on both confidentiality and discretion. You will be working with a diverse group of people. You need to be accepting of individual opinions, disabilities, and racial/ethnic differences.
